Overview:
We are seeking a results‑driven Business Lead Acquisition & Sales Leader to accelerate revenue growth for our professional services portfolio dedicated to clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high‑value opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales process from strategy through close. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and product specialists to deliver solutions that address the evolving needs of banks, insurers, fintech's, and other financial institutions.
This is a high‑impact role for a commercial leader who combines deep sales expertise with a strong understanding of financial‑industry dynamics.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy, Lead Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on acquiring new business within the financial services sector.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry intelligence.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, balancing strategic long-cycle opportunities with shorter-term wins.
Translate market trends, regulatory shifts, and client challenges into actionable business development initiatives.
Client Relationship Development
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers across banking, insurance, investment, and fintech domains.
Build strong, lasting relationships that support account growth, cross‑selling, and long-term client value.
Educate clients on our services, pricing models, differentiators, and value propositions.
Sales Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor sales support peers, offering guidance on strategy, client engagement, and deal execution.
Collaborate with consulting, delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client solutions.
Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative sales methodologies, tools, and processes.
Sales Execution & Deal Closure
Lead negotiation processes, ensuring commercially sound agreements aligned with business objectives.
Present proposals, shape solution designs alongside service delivery teams, and support the closing of key deals.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
Professional experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a sales or business development leadership role within professional services or financial services.
Proven track record in lead acquisition, sales strategy, and closing complex B2B deals.
Strong capabilities in customer relationship management, market analysis, and financial‑sector sales dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to work consultatively with senior stakeholders.
Continuous learner with an interest in emerging trends, technology solutions, and market developments affecting financial institutions.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s).
Professional certifications in support of the role
Experience selling advisory, consulting, or technology-enabled services to financial services clients.
Familiarity with regulatory environments, digital transformation trends, and risk, compliance, or operational workflows in financial institutions.
