We are currently looking for:

Change Coordinator

Job location: onsite in Riyadh

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process in alignment with ITIL or organizational standards.

• Review and assess change requests for completeness, impact, and risk.

• Schedule and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

• Ensure proper documentation and communication of change activities across stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on change metrics, trends, and compliance.

• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business units to ensure successful change implementation.

• Maintain the change calendar and ensure alignment with release and deployment schedules.

• Identify and escalate issues or risks related to change activities.

• Support continuous improvement of change management processes and tools.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in change coordination or IT service management.

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles.

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
