At DXC Spain we are looking for a Cross Business Consultant to join our great team of Consulting.  

Requirements: 
We’re looking for mid-level consultants with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, who bring a mix of analytical thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions.
• Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including work on digital transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and a good eye for creating visually compelling presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona, available for a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite).
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.
