The Customer Advisory Consultant is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for advisory engagements, you will partner closely with customers to shape solutions, build pipeline, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

In this role, you will help define and deliver advisory services that address complex business challenges, influence executive decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders—both internally and externally—to bring insight-led, innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow trusted customer relationships, driving pipeline development and business growth through consultative engagement.

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing advisor for consulting and advisory engagements.

  • Design and deliver assessments, advisory offerings, and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate value and impact.

  • Partner with Director-level and executive stakeholders to understand strategic business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Leverage deep customer insight to introduce innovative ideas, differentiated services, and new opportunities.

  • Manage advisory service capacity while ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery.

  • Share market, industry, and technology insights to help shape new service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth through strong customer engagement and value-based advisory work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in advisory, consulting, or business development roles.

  • Experience with Insurance industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present at the director and executive level.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Client-facing advisory or consulting roles

    • Business development and pipeline growth

    • Executive communication and high-impact presentations

  • A curious, continuous learner with a strong understanding of market dynamics and emerging technology trends.
