■業務内容
下記業務をプロジェクトメンバー内で役割分担をしながら実行していきます。
・要件定義／運用設計等、上流のドキュメンテーション作成
・トランジションPMとして日本の顧客・既存ベンダ・DXCの海外拠点を含むインターナル・ローカルパートナーとのやり取り
・国内外の新たなテクノロジーを活用し、クライアントのDX推進
・リーダーもしくはメンバーとして、PCキッティングや問い合わせ対応等の運用および管理業務
■プロジェクトの流れ
①要件定義・計画立案
現状調査の結果に基づき、トランジションの計画と運用のSOWを作成します。
また、サービスの提供に必要な両社の要員計画を確定させ、コストを最終化
②ナレッジ取得
クライアントまたはクライアントの現行パートナーから弊社のノウハウをもとに、ナレッジの移管
③シャドーイング
シャドーイングとは、貴社現行パートナーが運用サービスを行っている場所に弊社の要員が訪問し、
実際のオペレーションとプロセスの理解を深めるための作業です
④リバースシャドーイング
現行パートナーのサポートのもと、これまで得た知識をもとに、メンバーがチケットのエスカレーションを受けて実オペレーションを実施し、運用に向けた最終確認を行う
⑤運用・安定化
新体制に移管した運用を行い、継続的に業務を遂行できるようリテラシーとスキルの向上を図る

■Must
・Intuneデバイス管理のご経験
・ITパスポート資格、または同等の資格
・社内SEやサポートのご経験
・キッティング作業のご経験
・社内ITインフラ構築/運用のご経験
・エンドユーザーへの電話やメールでのコミュニケーション能力
■Want
・Intuneデバイスの構築経験
・ベンダー管理のご経験
・要件定義フェーズからのご経験
・PC-LCM、在庫資産管理のご経験
・いずれかのMicrosoftの資格
・英語

- Expertise in PowerShell and other scripting languages (VBS, Batch) (experience)
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices including OS, Application, Configuration, and Compliance
- Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues related to application deployment and configuration
- Conduct Quality Assurance focusing on end-user experience
- Create and configure MDM policies and deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps) using Intune
- Manage software updates, feature updates, and OS upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices
- Handle unattended enrollment and implement Kiosk Profiles and Configuration Profiles
