Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to nurture long-term relationships with clients and address their critical business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the exceptional delivery of solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on profitable growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, offering strategic insights and guidance.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account portfolio.
• Provide leadership and support to account managers and executives, ensuring they meet their objectives.
• Deliver client presentations and reports to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Regularly review and adjust account strategies in response to market dynamics and customer needs.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
• Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals and fostering strong client relationships
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, effective communication abilities, and a history of driving business growth
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.
