【業務内容】
ServiceNow consultantとして、以下の業務に従事いただきます。

Responsibilities
- Act as ServiceNow expert to support business challenge resolution
- Collaborate with DXC global teams to implement SaaS best practices
- Propose next-phase initiatives and conduct ongoing customer improvement activities
- Lead projects involving offshore team members
- Facilitate smooth communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders
- Integrate ServiceNow with other SaaS applications like SAP, Salesforce, Workday
