Job Description:

Should be Science/ Commerce Graduate, preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA/MBA with minimum 5 years of in- scope experience and total 7 years’ experience in the field of Banking IT domain / support of related solutions

Mandatory Certificate (minimum one)-
• ITIL4 Professional Certification
• Prince-2
• PMP Certified

• Supporting the following Finacle 10.x Application modules
o Branch Operations
o CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance and Locker
o Alternate Delivery Channels
§ SWIFT
§ Clearing
§ Utility Payments
§ Financial Inclusion Related
o Product Fatal error analysis.
o Review the Application logs
• Monitoring Application Services and availability
• Logging call with Service Providers internal or external and follow-up to closure
• Track and escalate the call to DL / Service Providers, if the problem requires their assistance to resolve the call.
• Update assigned calls regularly 
• Executing the Application Maintenance activity as per defined checklist.
• Primary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&D.
• Help bank in UAT for the fixes received from vendor
• Follow change management process and raise CMAs for movement to production for fixes / releases received. 
• Carry out DC-DR activity as and when scheduled
• Maintain and publish Minutes of the meeting for all meetings with vendor and bank

  • Support Finacle 10.x modules including Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, Locker, and Alternate Delivery Channels (SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, Financial Inclusion)
  • Perform product fatal error analysis and review application logs
  • Monitor application services and availability, log calls with service providers, track/escalate issues, and update calls regularly
  • Execute application maintenance activities per checklist, primary testing for vendor fixes in T&D, assist bank in UAT, and follow change management process for production releases
  • Carry out DC-DR activities as scheduled and maintain/publish minutes of meetings with vendors and banks
