Job Description:

核心职责(包含但不限于):
1.严格遵守许可、版权及商标相关法规,协助保护企业机密与敏感信息及材料,树立良好的资安合规意识。
2.在团队指导下,及时、准确且专业地回复客户咨询与请求,保障客户沟通体验。
3.协助在工单系统中完整记录、验证客户联络信息,跟进工单全生命周期管理,按要求定期向客户同步工单进度更新。
4.运用基础技术工具与系统,协助处理常见客户问题,在指导下尝试解决简单技术难题,提升问题初步处置能力。
5.根据优先级矩阵与具体场景,在规定时间内协助完成后续跟进动作,当遇到无法独立处理的问题时,按流程启动升级程序。
6.严格遵守公司政策与操作流程,积极配合团队完成各项工作任务,助力个人与团队目标达成。
7.在有限监督下,协助诊断基础客户问题,在指导下采取相应纠正措施,逐步提升问题分析与解决能力。
8.协助对照服务级别协议(SLA)跟踪工单处理进度,发现异常时及时反馈,配合团队进行干预调整。
9.配合团队成员开展工作,参与措施复盘与经验分享,在互助中提升服务水平,共同达成 SLA 要求。

任职要求:
1.学历背景:本科及以上在读,计算机相关专业、信息技术、软件工程等专业优先。
2.技能基础:熟悉 Windows 操作系统及 Microsoft Office 办公软件(Outlook、Teams 等)的使用。
3.语言能力:普通话流利,口头表达清晰,具备良好的沟通理解能力;英语水平达到大学英语四级及以上,能阅读基础英文技术文档。
4.素养要求:具备较强的责任心与服务意识,工作认真细致;能同时处理多项任务并合理排序,抗压能力良好。
5.其他要求:愿意学习技术支持相关知识与流程,适应灵活的工作安排(根据业务需求配合轮班);具备良好的团队协作精神,在有限监督下能独立完成基础工作。

  • Use basic tools/systems to handle common issues; attempt simple technical resolutions under guidance
  • Follow priority matrix for follow-ups within timelines; escalate unresolvable issues per process
  • Comply with company policies; assist team tasks, track SLA compliance, participate in reviews and knowledge sharing
