Job Description:

客户应用L1.5支持工程师通过定制的事件管理服务来满足特定客户需求,从而提供最高水平的客户满意度。通过专业培训、指导或以往经验获得的专业理论知识,在规定的SLA范围内进行独立判断,在业务环境中使用专业知识解决用户遇到的问题,并为团队成员提供信息、分析和建议以支持团队工作。

工程师将通过电话/电子邮件/聊天/门户/工单工具等媒介,处理来自该客户全球终端用户的应用/平台相关的查询,排错和故障解决, 并需要在不同时区工作。需要(通过上述任何媒介)与不同地域的客户互动,并以积极和专业的方式给予他们正确的回应。工程师将尝试通过远程联系提供最合适的解决方案,以非技术用户能够理解的方式探究问题并进行沟通。工程师需要接受全天候轮班工作的安排。

客户应用L1.5支持工程师的主要职责如下所述,但不限于:

•       在严格遵守许可、版权和商标法规的同时,保护机密和敏感信息及材料

•       具备1年以上应用支持或IT支持经验

•       熟练使用Windows系统和Microsoft Office产品,如Outlook、Teams。

•       普通话流利,口头表达能力极佳。

•       英语水平达到大学英语四级或以上。

•       根据需要,能够灵活地按照24/7轮班工作。

•       及时准确且专业地回复联系人

•       在工单系统中记录/验证所有联系信息,并对所有记录的联系信息进行端到端管理,定期向客户提供工单状态的更新

•       利用相关工具和系统高比例解决的客户问题

•       在规定的时间框架内,根据优先级矩阵和具体情况,酌情完成后续行动并启动升级程序

•       遵守政策与程序,努力实现个人和团队目标

•       具备熟练的技术技能和丰富的技术支持实践经验

•       具备同时处理多项任务并确定优先级的能力,同时能够管理承诺事项/交付成果

•       在有限监督下,能够诊断问题并采取纠正措施

•       在有限监督下,能够根据服务级别协议(SLA)评估进度,并在必要时进行干预

•       能够与个人合作,共同审查措施,并辅导其达到服务级别协议(SLA)的要求

•       必须具备出色的沟通技巧/充沛的精力和自信

  • Log/verify all contact information in ticketing system, manage end-to-end, and provide regular status updates to customers
  • Resolve high proportion of customer issues using relevant tools and systems within SLA timeframes
  • Perform follow-up actions based on priority matrix, escalate when necessary, and comply with policies/procedures
  • Protect confidential/sensitive information while adhering to licensing, copyright, and trademark regulations
  • Diagnose problems and take corrective actions with limited supervision, assessing progress against SLAs
