Job Description:
职责描述
安装、升级、支持及排查 Windows 操作系统以及 Microsoft Office、Adobe 和其他经授权的桌面应用程序。
为基础设施提供现场智能支持（智能操作与巡检）。
安装、升级、支持及排查打印机、计算机硬件及其他经授权的外围设备。
对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备进行硬件维修。
对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备执行常规预防性维护任务。
通过资产管理跟踪硬件，管理桌面设备生命周期，涵盖从交付到报废的整个过程，包括系统构建、应用程序安装、用户迁移和硬件安装。
维护 IT 资产，并做好规范的文档记录。
协调供应商以获得外部支持和维修服务。
负责主动监控工单队列及所有分配的工单，确保在工单工具中准确完成所有相关事件和请求的日志记录、分类、优先级排序、初步诊断、路由、职能升级，并保障数据完整性。
达到既定的服务级别协议要求。
任职要求
2026届IT相关专业毕业生，信息技术/信息系统相关专业专业优先
具备熟练地英语能力。
熟悉微软操作系统。
熟悉 MS Windows 操作系统及 Office 办公软件套件。
具备 IT 基础设施（网络拓扑、VPN、服务器等）基础知识，足以排查终端用户问题。
能够在快节奏、高要求的环境中工作。
能够处理多项任务。
具备团队合作精神，能自我激励、自律，并积极主动。

Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating system and authorized desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Provide on-site intelligent support for infrastructure (smart operations and inspections)
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and authorized peripheral devices
- Perform hardware repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Track hardware through asset management, manage desktop lifecycle from delivery to disposal
- Maintain IT assets with standardized documentation and coordinate with vendors for external support
- Monitor ticket queues, ensure accurate logging, categorization, prioritization, diagnosis, routing, and escalation of incidents/requests
