Job Description:

Demo Specialist – Life & Annuity Insurance Industry Software and Agentic AI

About the Role

We’re looking for a stand-out Insurance software, Cloud, SaaS, and Agentic AI Demo Specialist—someone who pairs deep life insurance technology expertise with a passion for the transformational power of agentic AI. In this role, you’ll help insurers imagine the future: smarter underwriting, automated decisions, adaptive workflows, and agent-assisted operations that reshape how life insurance is bought, sold, serviced and fulfilled.

Your storytelling and technical fluency will bring out unforgettable demo experiences to showcase the future that is possible today through DXC.   You’ll be the bridge to help insurers see how to leverage technical and robust foundations with agentic AI to overcome their operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Create world-class demo experiences

  • Deliver high-impact, narrative-driven demos for life insurers and industry analyst firms, showcasing the power of agentic AI and insurance workflow solutions.
  • Bring the wow factor—memorable demonstrations that shift mindsets and spark excitement about the future of insurance.
  • Translate complexity—underwriting, policy administration, and claims workflows— into compelling business stories that illustrate how to transform to achieve outcomes.

Build a modern demo strategy

  • Own a scalable demo framework that elevates the user experience and drives sales momentum.
  • Tailor demo scenarios to reflect real-world operations, regulatory constraints, and business value levers for life insurers.
  • Continuously refine demo environments, experimenting with new use cases in industry-relevant scenarios.

Collaborate across the business

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure demos align with product releases, roadmap priorities, and market trends.
  • Provide structured product feedback based on demo experiences, client reactions, and emerging AI opportunities.
  • Partner with Training to develop internal demo playbooks, enablement sessions, and a certification path for demo colleagues.

Evangelize and educate

  • Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events and webinars—representing both the life insurance domain and the possibilities of agentic AI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and AI advancements to ensure demos remain fresh, credible, and visionary.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in life insurance—product, pre-sales, solutions consulting, outbound product management, B2B SaaS, operations, IT or related roles in a carrier or supplier.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects such as agentic AI, intelligent automation, SaaS, policy admin, insurtech, and/or decisioning platforms for the life insurance sector.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and business storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to translate complexity for business-driven outcomes.
  • Comfort with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, and workflow integrations (no coding required, but technical fluency is key).
  • Ability to travel for client engagements and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with life insurance platforms or major InsurTech systems.
  • Background in insurance operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to design or deliver demos featuring automation, analytics, or AI.

Work Environment

  • The selected candidate may be required to report to the nearest DXC office.
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
