Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC.  Candidates are required to work on-site at the client or at the DXC office for 2 days per week.

Role Overview: The PeopleSoft Technical Developer designs and implements technical solutions supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications, with a focus on Time and Labor.

Essential Duties

  • Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode
  • Build and enhance Application Engine programs, Application Packages, and approval workflows
  • Support integrations and customizations aligned to business requirements
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs

Required Qualifications

  • DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • 5+ years PeopleTools 8.5x experience
  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience
  • Expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and rules frameworks
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business teams

Other Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $88,200 - $163,900.
