Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

  • Follows procedures to process transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding policies
  • Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of any policy worked
  • Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a timeframe considered suitable by client guidelines
  • Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required daily
  • Must provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls made internally or externally (not a call center environment)
  • Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements
  • Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information
  • Interfaces with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues
  • Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management
  • Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Monitors daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma completed
  • 2+ years of relevant Life and Annuity insurance policy experience are mandatory
  • Business and analytical critical thinking skills are required
  • Great communication skills and exceptional typing and documenting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience
  • Inbound/outbound customer service experience is required
  • Great ability to multitask between client´s applications and DXC systems

Work Environment:

  • Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be provided.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4pm EST would be preferred but flexible
  • Your position is designated as 2 days hybrid, commuting to an onsite DXC office. DXC Technology reserves the right to require your in-person attendance at any of its U.S. office locations, as determined by business needs. You agree to comply with such requirements, and reasonable notice will be provided in advance.
