The position is for an applications management role supporting the SAP FAM system of a major client in the insurance industry.

While the primary work is applications management, there will be occasional involvement in minor implementations and roll-outs for the area.

There will be daily interaction with client counterparts(who are also performing support) based onshore, it is a basic expectation that DXC resources are able to work seamlessly with onshore counterparts(and DXC resources from other centers) to ensure smooth delivery of the support.

There will be training provided by the onshore counterparts on the client solution - it is expected that this foundation will be built upon and properly documented for further cascading within the DXC organization and to ensure knowledge retention.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5 to 6+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• Solid experience (3-5 years) in SAP FAM (Financial Asset Management)
• Equivalent experience in SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is also acceptable, preferably in the following sub-modules (in order of relevance/importance):
• Treasury and Risk Management
• Credit Management
• Collections Management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently
