Job Description:

We are hiring a SAP Sales Cloud Functional Consultant to help design and deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales execution, pipeline, and customer engagement. You will partner with sales leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP Sales Cloud solutions—from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Office locations: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, flexible work model, full-time
International enterprise clients
Key responsibilities:
Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), and IT to gather requirements and define target processes.
Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration documentation.
Configure SAP Sales Cloud features including: lead/opportunity management, account/contact management, activities/tasks, products, pricing, quotes, sales cycle stages, forecasting, territory management, workflow, validations, approvals, and UI adaptations.
Support integration with ERP and other platforms (e.g., S/4HANA/ECC, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, Outlook/Exchange, CTI, CPQ).
Define and execute functional test scenarios; coordinate UAT, defect triage, and solution validation.
Drive data migration support (mapping, cleansing rules, validation), and contribute to cutover planning.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and propose continuous improvements.
Professional experience and qualifications required:
5+ years of functional consulting or business analysis experience with SAP Sales Cloud (C/4HANA Sales Cloud / SAP CX Sales).
Strong understanding of sales business processes: lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-quote, forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline governance.
Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud configuration: workflows, rules, UI adaptations, roles/authorizations, master data concepts.
Comfort in translating business needs into structured deliverables (user stories, functional specs, test cases).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to facilitate workshops and present to leadership.
English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
Nice to have
Experience with broader SAP CX stack: SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud.
Integration experience using SAP CPI/BTP and IDocs/OData/APIs.
Experience with CPQ, pricing/discounting governance, or complex approval flows.
Reporting: standard analytics, KPI design, dashboards; SAP SAC.
SAP certifications in SAP Sales Cloud.
