The Scrum Master ensures successful program delivery by facilitating agile practices, supporting program management, and enabling cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Support: Monitor budgets, metrics, and risks; provide insights for corrective actions.
- Planning & Delivery: Assist in defining scope, timelines, and risk mitigation; track progress and resolve blockers.
- Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and program meetings.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and ensure stakeholder communication.
- Team Coaching: Support agile teams, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
- Risk & Issue Management: Track issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage calendars, action items, and stakeholder coordination.

- Program Management Plan, Governance Framework, Program Charter
- PMO Setup, Stakeholder Management Plan, Monitoring & Reporting Plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
