サイバーセキュリティにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーのポジションを募集しております。このポジションの主な役割は、小・中程度の1つまたは複数のプロジェクトをリードし、お客様のセキュリティシステムの構築や移管・移行プロジェクトを成功に導きます。 プロジェクトメンバーの工程や工数管理を行い、必要に応じて、プロジェクトスコープやスケジュールの変更や代替手段を提案します。

プロジェクトの担当者を監督します。仕事を割り当て、プロジェクト目標の適時性と完成度に関して指示を行います。規定のガイドラインに沿ってパフォーマンスの問題に対処します。プロジェクトの完了時にパフォーマンスに関する情報を提供します。

Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium-scale cybersecurity projects including definition, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Manage project team members, communications, timelines, assignments, and objectives; perform hands-on work as needed
- Supervise project deliverables, monitor costs, schedules, and quality; implement corrective actions as required
- Continuously review project status, identify risks, recommend mitigation solutions, and implement them appropriately
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage technical/business requirements and schedule changes
- Oversee project assignees, assign work, provide performance feedback, and address issues per guidelines
