Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Leadership

  • Act as the senior client partner for all GIS (infrastructure) services, owning the overall client relationship.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive‑level stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services across the client’s business units.

P&L Ownership & Growth

  • Own and manage a large P&L (ideally $50M+, with exposure up to $100M).
  • Drive account growth, margin optimization, and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute a long‑term account strategy aligned with client priorities and DXC’s full portfolio.

Sales & Solution Leadership

  • Lead solutioning and sales efforts across DXC offerings with a strong emphasis on GIS/infrastructure services, including:
    • Modern Workplace Services
    • Cloud & Platform Services
    • IT Operations
    • Network & Security Services
    • Field & On‑Site Support
  • Partner with internal sales, delivery, and solution teams to bring forward integrated, value‑driven offerings.
  • Represent the full DXC portfolio (including application services and cost‑efficiency solutions), with depth where needed and breadth overall.

Matrixed Organizational Leadership

  • Successfully operate within a complex, global, matrixed environment.
  • Influence and align delivery, sales, finance, and technical teams without direct authority.
  • Hold teams accountable for performance, outcomes, and client satisfaction.

On‑Site Engagement

  • Maintain a strong on‑site presence in Hartford, CT to support relationship building and account leadership.
  • Serve as the “face of DXC” to the client for infrastructure services.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, technology consulting, or managed services.
  • Proven experience owning and running a significant P&L (minimum $20–30M; $50M+ strongly preferred).
  • Strong background in Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) or enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success selling and managing complex, multi‑service IT engagements.
  • Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and commercial mindset.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
  • Ability to pass extended background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace or defense industry experience (preferred but not required).
  • Experience supporting large, enterprise‑scale clients with corporate‑controlled infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DXC’s broader portfolio beyond GIS is a strong plus.
  • Local or regional presence near Hartford, CT is strongly preferred.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,900 - $245,000.
