We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to take ownership of complex infrastructure delivery, build strong client partnerships, and drive continuous innovation across major accounts.

About the Role

As a Senior TAM at DXC, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of critical infrastructure services for high‑profile clients. You’ll bring together technical expertise, delivery discipline, and strategic insight to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and continual value.

This is a key leadership position where you will guide multidisciplinary teams, solve complex challenges, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—both internally and externally.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing technical and delivery teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with executive‑level clients, gaining a deep understanding of their goals and driving outcomes that matter.
  • Own the resolution of delivery issues and continually identify opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation by applying modern technologies, analytics, automation, and lean delivery methods.
  • Support revenue growth, organisational capability uplift, and long‑term account strategy.
  • Balance day‑to‑day priorities with strategic planning to ensure both immediate delivery success and sustainable future outcomes.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence across all levels of the business.

You will have:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience managing large, cross‑functional teams in complex environments.
  • A strong background in technical account management or infrastructure delivery.
  • Solid financial leadership skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to report and present effectively to senior executives.
  • A track record of building and maintaining trusted executive‑level client relationships.
  • A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to deliver immediate results while shaping long‑term strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
