Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business needs.
• Plan and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders through updates and reports.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues; implement solutions quickly.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage resources and budgets efficiently.
• Drive collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant experience as a Project Manager with ServiceNow implementation experience.
