Essential Job Functions:

• Provide user support of the global time tracking process & related systems
• Analyse & resolve Data Errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally
• Identify root causes and long term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll and Information Technology stakeholders
• Document system or process issues consistently and clearly
• Document system requirements
• Support financial system projects through analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems.
• Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience: Proficiency in Finance Information Systems
• Proficiencies:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English Language (additionally Tamil  and/or Hindi would be plus)
  • Solid understanding of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite..etc.)
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other desired qualities

• Desire and ability to learn about the business processes and the systems that support them
• Ability to work in a culturally divers environment, ideally prior international work experience.
• Ability and ideally prior experience working with teams distributed across multiple countries.
• Desire and ability to take initiative without reliance on step by step direction.
