Job Description:

- Resource must have 3-4 years of experience with the Portia Suite (Portia, Portia Services, Portia Trader, eReports, AIM, Data Trails)
- Ability to Oversee system health, configurations, and software releases for Portia.
- Ability to Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems.
- Ability to Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records.
- Ability to Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates.
- Ability to Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with databases - SQL Server
- Familiarity in Windows, including scripting and process management.
