Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk mitigation.
  • Design, execute, and manage manual test cases for complex functional scenarios across enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective test plans.
  • Utilize enterprise-grade tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail) to manage test cycles, defects, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and sprint cycles.
  • Act as a quality advocate, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the QA team.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring satisfaction with testing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in functional and manual testing within enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in test strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in the Philippines, as per client requirement.
