Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for Talent Acquisition.

You will be the main point of contact for hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Together with the rest of the team, you will support the growth of the brand by creating and managing employer branding initiatives, as well as developing internal programs to foster employee engagement and a strong sense of belonging.

What you'll do:

  • Management of the recruitment process from the initial intake of the hiring request to the employee's onboarding.

  • Handle and extend job offers.

  • Participate in internal and external employer branding initiatives

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree.

  • Previous experience in consultancy, mainly with technology profiles.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
