Job Description:

Xchanging Italy, part of DXC Technology group, is looking for a Technical Account for managing delivery to one or more of our customers;  

Responsibilities:

• Build a relationship of mutual trust with your customers, so that you are recognised as an authoritative and reliable partner;

• Role of focal point for assigned customers and identifying their business needs, which will be directed towards Xchanging solutions;

• Pursue and monitor the productivity and profitability of assigned customers;

• Contribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of Xchanging products, including by proposing innovative solutions;

Requirements

• Degree in economics or proven technical knowledge related to the IT sector;

•  Previous experience as a technical account manager with other software or service providers in the financial sector;

• Knowledge of the financial market and the world of asset management;

•  Alternatively, experience in related roles such as functional analysts, project managers or application consultants;

Work location: Milano (MI) with smart working possibility
