Key Responsibilities

• Lead power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Apply deep knowledge of engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and advanced control systems.
• Align project objectives with corporate strategy, evaluate economic impacts, and deliver solutions that maximize reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships for seamless coordination across internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and external partners.
• Proactively identify risks and implement forward-thinking alternatives, making decisive decisions to resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges swiftly.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet these criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of five years' experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the utmost priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong PC skills.
• Solid understanding of PLC/Stage-Gate processes and extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry.
