Position Summary

The E&C Project Manager/Sr/Staff role in Project Execution - Power Innovation places you at the heart of revolutionary energy projects. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex systems that blend traditional and renewable energy sources, directly supporting hyperscale clients. From Tulsa, OK, manage fast-paced initiatives with up to 50% travel, driving economic profitability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in executing complex project plans, coordinating internal/external partners to meet deadlines for moderate-to-large initiatives.
• Assemble core project teams and facilitate objective achievement under Project Life Cycle guidelines.
• Create and implement detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Present engineering-backed recommendations to enhance reliability, reduce risks, and optimize efficiency.
• Manage RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selections while understanding project economics.
• Anticipate issues, analyze alternatives, and make impactful decisions for business success.
• Develop solutions maximizing lifecycle economic profit.
• Champion safety and organizational excellence in all duties.

Required Qualifications

E&C Project Manager

• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years in oil & gas engineering/project management (required).
• Preferred: Engineering/Construction Management degree, PMP, PE.

E&C Project Manager Sr.

• Bachelor's Degree + 10 years experience (required).
• Preferred: Advanced degrees in business/project/engineering management, PMP/PE.

E&C Project Manager Staff

• Bachelor's Degree + 15 years experience (required).
• Preferred: Engineering degree + Master's, PMP/PE/MS Project Certification.

Additional Requirements: Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, safety prioritization, 50% travel willingness.
