Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leads in the early design phase of C&I projects across West Netherlands
  • Promote Eaton's full portfolio of power management solutions to designers, engineers, end-users, consultants, and installing contractors
  • Provide expert advice on optimal low- and medium-voltage installations for energy-efficient power distribution
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships at all levels with key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue high-potential projects to ensure Eaton solutions are specified in technical documents
  • Drive sales initiatives contributing to revenue growth in the Netherlands
  • Monitor market trends, energy challenges, and customer needs to create new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Benelux sales teams, Business Units, and Central Marketing
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner for installation designers in utility sectors
  • Support clients in achieving commercial and technical goals through Eaton's innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Completed MBO or HBO degree in a technical discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or technical advisory roles
  • Strong commercial vision and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage installations and energy chain applications
  • Stress-resistant with a flexible and initiative-driven personality
  • Experience in the C&I sector (Commercial, Institutional, Government, and Infrastructure)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial training or certification in addition to technical education
  • Proven track record in lead generation and specification engineering
