Managing key accounts and a dedicated German territory, you will promote these solutions to end-users, consultants, integrators, VARs, and internal sales teams, while optimizing route-to-market strategies. Leveraging Eaton CRM, you will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and lead project coordination from tender to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of sustainable power solutions. Your impact will extend to ecosystem building by recruiting new Data Center integrators, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to inform product forecasts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of Eaton’s EMEA White Space portfolio including Rack PDUs, IT racks, IT connectivity (fiber & copper), KVMs, ATS, and software
  • Manage a portfolio of key Data Center accounts across the Northern Region and a dedicated geographical territory in Germany
  • Promote Eaton White Space solutions to end-users, consultants, integrators, VARs, channel partners, and Eaton salesforces
  • Identify and optimize route-to-market strategies in alignment with Eaton’s sales organizations
  • Support recruitment and engagement of new Data Center integrators to strengthen the ecosystem
  • Use Eaton CRM to identify opportunities, engage decision makers, and coordinate pipeline review with Country Sales Organizations
  • Lead customer project coordination (selection with Pre-Sales & PM, tenders, quotations, project deployment follow-up)
  • Provide win/loss analysis, market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
  • Contribute to product and financial forecasts emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Drive Eaton’s mission to deliver energy-efficient power management solutions for sustainable data centers

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within IT, Telecom, or Data Center industries
  • Solid understanding of White Space applications (racks, connectivity, rack PDUs, ATS, monitoring/software)
  • Business-level English required
  • Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts across multiple regions
  • Proven track record in promoting solutions to end-users, consultants, integrators, VARs, and channel partners
  • Ability to use CRM systems like Eaton CRM for opportunity identification and pipeline management
  • Strong capability in leading customer project coordination including tenders, quotations, and deployment follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical credibility in IT / electrical / telecom)
  • Experience with multi-country / matrix organizations appreciated
