Key Responsibilities

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth and execution of profit plans in emergency lighting
  • Define and implement strategic growth initiatives while staying informed on industry trends and market activities
  • Collaborate closely with Country Sales Organizations (CSO) to drive business development
  • Develop existing customers by building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, including product development needs
  • Foster partnerships with a strong focus on customer engagement, meetings, and events
  • Work closely with product lines and operational teams to achieve revenue targets and strategic initiatives
  • Implement and manage pricing strategies for customers and CSOs
  • Adopt and implement Eaton standard processes, such as Salesforce and pipeline CRM tools
  • Promote Eaton’s sustainable power management solutions for industrial plants, public buildings, and commercial properties

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or preferably technical field, or equivalent qualification
  • Comprehensive experience in the commercial emergency lighting market or similar industry
  • Proven commercial experience dealing with key accounts, wholesalers, and large customers
  • Strong knowledge of technical solutions and standards for emergency lighting
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and satisfaction
