As principal investigator, manage project scopes, schedules, and risks, while mentoring talent and building partnerships with academia, national labs, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation in aircraft electrical architectures, energy storage, and thermal management. Eaton's Aerospace Electrification initiatives emphasize ethical innovation, prioritizing safety, compliance, and second-chance employment practices. You will influence roadmaps for hybrid-electric propulsion and more-electric aircraft, conducting modeling, prototyping, and validation to meet stringent aerospace standards. With up to 25% travel and basing within 50 miles of key U.S. locations, this role offers the chance to shape the future of sustainable aviation through Eaton's world-class resources.
