With 50% travel across the EMEA region including construction sites in Finland (Helsinki), Sweden (Gävle), and offices in Norway (Oslo) and Denmark (Copenhagen), you will manage complex engineered-to-order solutions spanning medium to low voltage power distribution, UPS systems, battery technologies, and advanced automation via DCIM and EPMS. In this pivotal role, you will own the full project lifecycle from order intake through design, procurement, on-site implementation, commissioning, and handover. Your leadership will foster collaboration across rotating teams in the Nordics, mitigating risks proactively while controlling costs and margins to uphold Eaton’s financial excellence. Key to success will be your ability to serve as the single point of contact during critical on-site phases, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning. You will drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, promoting best practices in power management, and aligning with Eaton’s sustainability goals—such as energy-efficient designs that reduce carbon footprints. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order intake to customer handover for Data Center electrical and automation projects
  • Build, lead, and manage multidisciplinary project teams across multiple locations
  • Organize project kick-off meetings and conduct regular stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation plans
  • Control project costs, margins, manage variations, and deliver accurate financial forecasts
  • Serve as the single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning activities
  • Ensure project delivery meets safety standards, customer satisfaction, financial targets, and timelines
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and Eaton’s global manufacturing teams for engineered-to-order solutions
  • Promote Eaton’s sustainability goals through efficient power management and ethical project practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Accredited Project Management certification with focus on construction sites
  • Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Data Centre projects or large industrial projects involving automation and controls
  • Strong electrical engineering background
  • Training or experience in datacenter technologies and power systems
  • Ability to travel 50% within EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mission-critical power infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of Eaton’s power distribution, UPS, and battery systems
  • Prior work with DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) and EPMS (Electrical Power Management Systems)
  • International project management experience across Nordic countries
  • PMP or equivalent advanced project management certification
