Additionally, you will support root cause analysis, technical risk management, and the deployment of UPS, MV/LV, and monitoring systems to deliver superior power reliability. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine electrical requirements for data center and industrial projects
  • Coordinate and liaise with Eaton engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide and manage comprehensive technical documentation including SLD, Layouts, Site Methods, Cx processes, and sequences
  • Manage and monitor all assigned electrical projects to ensure timely documentation delivery and project milestones
  • Ensure full compliance with Swedish local regulations, Eaton standards, and health & safety codes
  • Complete quality assurance on electrical components, systems, and projects while preparing detailed reports
  • Support root cause analysis, technical risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate on integration of Eaton's power management solutions for reliable, efficient, and sustainable electrical systems
  • Facilitate commissioning activities for UPS, MV/LV systems, and monitoring controls
  • Contribute to Eaton's commitment to ethical business practices and sustainability in all project phases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience in Electrical design from a system perspective (MV/LV)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Project Management
  • Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and interpreting specifications
  • Knowledge of local Swedish regulations and health & safety codes
  • Experience in managing technical documentation delivery timelines
  • Ability to perform quality assurance on electrical components and projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Datacenter construction project experience
  • UPS/MV/LV and associated monitoring and control systems experience
  • Experience with commissioning activities for power systems
  • Familiarity with sustainable power management solutions
  • CAD proficiency for electrical system design
