With 50% travel across the EMEA region and rotating assignments between countries, this role offers the chance to lead high-stakes projects that power the digital future while prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Representing Eaton on-site, you will manage all phases from site preparation through testing and commissioning, ensuring seamless delivery of our innovative power management solutions. In this pivotal role, you will champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance, coordinate Eaton teams and vendors, and provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager. Leading on-site teams, you will drive quality, cost, and timeline goals, audit commissioning processes, and organize training to uphold Eaton's world-class standards. Your expertise in power distribution systems will be key to interpreting technical documents and integrating sustainable technologies that reduce energy consumption and support our customers' green initiatives. We value diverse perspectives that fuel innovation at Eaton. Ideal candidates bring an Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and datacenter proficiency. Strong communication, customer-facing skills, and flexibility for travel are essential. Proficiency in MS Office/Project and English is required, with Nordic languages as a plus.
