Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance across all on-site activities
  • Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate daily activities between Eaton teams and vendors/subcontractors
  • Provide detailed daily written updates to the Project Manager on progress and issues
  • Lead on-site teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Audit and oversee testing and commissioning processes for electrical systems
  • Organize site-specific training programs and resolve issues professionally
  • Manage site preparation through to final handover for data center projects
  • Implement Eaton's power management solutions to support sustainability goals
  • Monitor and report on project timelines, ensuring adherence to ethical standards
  • Facilitate communication between global Eaton teams and local site personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification (mandatory)
  • 3–5 years of experience in similar site management roles
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution systems
  • In-depth understanding of construction site safety and quality management
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Experience in datacenter construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Datacenter experience in EMEA region
  • Knowledge of Eaton power management technologies
