Eaton
Eaton is a leading global power management company committed to improving quality of life and the environment through innovative electrical solutions. Our EMEA Electrical Services organization spans 25 countries with over 500 employees, driving lifecycle management for our comprehensive portfolio of power products, systems, and software. Serving critical sectors like Data Centers, Utilities & Energy, Industries, Buildings, and Healthcare, we deliver installation, commissioning, warranty, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, modernization, and end-of-life services. With ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, including technical innovation and strategic development, we're expanding our team of Field Service Engineers based in Slough, UK (SL14DX). As an EMEA Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted face of Eaton, leading hands-on installation projects for medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) switchgear in high-stakes environments such as data centers, utilities, and oil & gas facilities. Expect a dynamic schedule of one week traveling to customer sites across EMEA (ideally located near a major airport in UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, or Romania) and one week working remotely on administrative tasks. You'll lead commissioning, testing, and fault-finding, oversee third-party providers, mentor fellow engineers, and ensure our equipment delivers reliable, sustainable power management solutions that align with Eaton's ethical business practices and environmental commitments. Key to success is your technical expertise in power distribution, protection relay programming, and safety-conscious fieldwork, combined with strong customer engagement skills. You'll collaborate with project teams to exceed delivery targets, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to Eaton's mission of powering a more sustainable world. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a passion for innovation in electrical services.
