Key Responsibilities
- Commission emergency lighting systems, verify installer work, configure settings, and provide customer training
- Diagnose and repair faults in life safety systems, replacing components as needed and advising customers
- Perform scheduled maintenance under service contracts, including software updates and preventive checks
- Conduct system inspections in client sites such as hospitals, care centers, warehouses, industry, and government facilities
- Document all activities, customer information, and reports accurately in Eaton's CRM system
- Provide technical advice to customers on installation, startup, maintenance, and optimal use
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental regulations, and Eaton's ethical standards
- Travel independently across the Netherlands to service sites post 6-month training period
- Contribute to sales goals through excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Promote Eaton's sustainable, energy-efficient power management solutions during client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum MBO diploma in electrical engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in field service or electrical systems
- Strong electrotechnical knowledge and practical expertise
- VCA-Basis or VCA-VOL safety certification
- NEN3140 certification for electrical safety
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license for travel across the Netherlands
