Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical power distribution systems in low and high voltage environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently on-site at airports, distribution centers, and industrial facilities
  • Implement creative solutions for unexpected technical challenges during field service operations
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and safety
  • Collaborate with Eaton engineers to execute detailed work plans and documentation
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and Eaton's ethical business practices
  • Conduct system testing and commissioning for power management solutions
  • Provide customer support and training on Eaton sustainable power systems
  • Document all service activities, repairs, and findings in Eaton's digital systems
  • Contribute to sustainability goals by optimizing energy-efficient installations
  • Maintain service vehicle and tools in optimal condition
  • Stay updated on Eaton's innovative power distribution technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Completed technical education in mechatronics or electrical engineering (MBO level 3 or 4)
  • Proficiency in electrical and/or mechanical principles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Valid driver's license for field service work
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and Benelux region
  • Basic knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in power distribution systems maintenance or installation
  • Familiarity with Eaton products and power management solutions
  • NEN 3140 or VCA safety certification
  • Previous field service experience in industrial or commercial environments
  • Knowledge of sustainable energy practices
  • Fluency in English in addition to Dutch
