Key to success will be defining critical outcomes in account development pipelines, collaborating with HR on global training programs emphasizing data center sales skills and technology, and mentoring a distributed team of regional and specialist leaders. As the central hub for cross-functional alignment, you will champion industry best practices, prioritize initiatives like organizational redesign, contractual management, lead optimization, and digital literacy. Acting as the SME for CRM systems like Salesforce, you will ensure data quality, reporting excellence, and seamless adoption, while partnering with executives to standardize processes and implement growth programs tailored to data center dynamics. You will own global forecasting, performance reporting, and the sales enablement budget, fostering a data-centric culture that aligns with Eaton's sustainability goals. Leading business reviews, strategic planning, and escalations, you will represent the voice of key account sales internally, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and Eaton's ethical framework. Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will establish performance objectives, provide feedback, and drive professional growth in a collaborative environment. Based in Slough, GBR, this role offers hybrid flexibility with up to 30-40% international travel to align global teams.
