  • Mentor and coach a high-performance, globally distributed Sales Operations team including regional leaders
  • Serve as central alignment point for cross-functional teams, driving adoption of best practices in data center sales operations
  • Prioritize and deploy strategic initiatives like organizational redesign, contract management, lead management, and growth programs
  • Act as SME and BPO for CRM use, adoption, data quality, and reporting across Eaton's global operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a closely related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in sales operations, preferably in the technology or power management sector
  • At least 3+ years in a global or regional leadership role managing complex sales operations
  • Proven track record of managing high-value sales operations programs across multiple countries and cultures
  • Proven experience deploying and optimizing Salesforce in a global environment
  • Significant expertise in sales enablement, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership
  • Fluency in English (additional languages highly advantageous)

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree
