This role supports Eaton's mission in power management by delivering reliable, sustainable electrical solutions to strategic accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences through proactive project support, issue resolution, and collaboration across customers, field service engineers, and Eaton facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects in Eaton's power management solutions
  • Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timely resolution and adherence to project timelines
  • Leverage centralized Eaton resources to effectively manage project documentation and issue resolution
  • Initiate work orders in collaboration with the dispatch team to assign technicians for field services
  • Manage work orders through to completion and coordinate with finance for accurate invoicing
  • Act as the technical liaison between customers, field service engineers, and project managers for tasks including documentation, energization permits, LOTO procedures, and project portals
  • Serve as the customer’s advocate by escalating issues with appropriate urgency to project managers
  • Pursue continuous learning of Eaton's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) UPS and Data Center Product Distribution (DCPD) products
  • Provide daily project status updates to project managers and stakeholders
  • Manage meetings with onsite general contractors to ensure milestone adherence and promote sustainable power management practices

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited institution or at least two (2) years of Field Service experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer-facing project coordination experience
  • Must reside within the Central region of the United States, including greater Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; or Cleveland, OH
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support customers and field service engineers across the continental US
  • Eligibility to work in the US without immigration sponsorship (Eaton does not support CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with onsite field teams and project managers
