Eaton’s Power Components Division is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Lead, Gulf Region, to drive growth for our innovative Exertherm Continuous Thermal Monitoring (CTM) solutions. Based remotely from a home office in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Mississippi (with Houston, Texas, USA, 77040 as the primary hub), this role is pivotal in advancing Eaton’s mission of sustainable power management. Exertherm products deliver real-time thermal imaging to prevent electrical failures, enhancing safety, reliability, and energy efficiency across data centers, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure in the Gulf Region. As a leader in ethical business practices, Eaton empowers you to sell solutions that reduce downtime, support decarbonization efforts, and promote environmental sustainability. In this individual contributor role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy focused on product specification and solution selling. Target new accounts, expand existing ones, and manage relationships with partners, OEMs, specifiers, and end-users. Collaborate closely with Eaton’s regional sales teams to leverage synergies, achieve sales targets, and drive demand generation. With 30-50% travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays, you will build key relationships, gather market intelligence, and use data analytics to inform strategic decisions, all while embodying Eaton’s values of integrity, innovation, and inclusion. Leverage your expertise in the data center and industrial segments to position Exertherm as the superior choice for continuous thermal monitoring. Negotiate complex deals, resolve challenges, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with Eaton’s commitment to powering a more sustainable world. This position offers a target total compensation of $123,750 - $181,500, including base pay and performance incentives, rewarding your impact on market share growth and channel development.
