Exertherm products deliver real-time thermal imaging to prevent electrical failures, enhancing safety, reliability, and energy efficiency across data centers, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure in the Gulf Region. In this individual contributor role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy focused on product specification and solution selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the Gulf territory sales growth strategy for Exertherm’s Continuous Thermal Monitoring (CTM) solutions, aligned with Eaton’s overall regional and business objectives
  • Execute and communicate a compelling strategic value proposition for Exertherm solutions to partners, OEMs, specifiers, and end-users, emphasizing power management and sustainability benefits
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets through demand generation activities and synergy with Eaton regional sales teams
  • Target new accounts and expand established accounts while managing partners and end-users across the Gulf Region
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers to enhance business prospects
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage market intelligence on competitive products, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits

  • No relocation assistance provided
  • Ability to travel 30-50% throughout the Gulf territory (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi) with overnight stays
