Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct active new customer acquisition in assigned territory (Germany, expandable to DACH/EU)
  • Perform regular visits to prospects and existing customers to build relationships
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts for Sefelec products and services
  • Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth through targeted sales strategies
  • Manage and expand existing customer portfolio while fostering long-term loyalty
  • Develop and implement key account strategies for strategic clients
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for the territory
  • Provide regular sales reporting and insights to sales management and business leadership

Required Qualifications
