Key Responsibilities
- Perform intensive customer service for UPS systems, including installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and retrofits at customer sites in the Karlsruhe region and occasionally D-A-CH
- Conduct telephone troubleshooting to diagnose issues and determine system status
- Secure and maintain existing customer relationships through proactive service
- Analyze faults, eliminate disruptions, and repair electronic components
- Handle customer complaints and execute quality actions per service contracts
- Maintain Eaton UPS systems according to factory specifications
- Organize spare parts and independently plan deployments in assigned territory
- Document all activities meticulously and conduct on-site customer training
