Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site service for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) at customer locations
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems
- Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting to resolve disruptions
- Execute repairs and retrofits under service contracts and customer orders
- Conduct customer training and instructions on-site
- Document all activities accurately in Eaton's IT systems
- Participate in quality actions and preventive maintenance programs
- Drive directly from home to customer sites in the Koblenz region and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with team members for complex service projects
- Ensure compliance with Eaton's safety and quality standards during all fieldwork
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed electrical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training
- First professional experience in electrical engineering
- Valid driver's license class B
- Physical fitness for working under voltage/energized conditions
- Willingness for regional and European travel (focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Ability to work independently with personal responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
