About the Role

Join eBay's Product Operations team within the Office of the Chief Product Officer to shape the future of product management in a global e-commerce powerhouse. This role focuses on coaching and developing next-generation product teams, ensuring they master eBay's Product Operating Model while integrating AI tools to drive innovation in buyer-seller marketplaces across 190+ countries. As a transformational leader, you'll create engaging L&D content, workshops, and a flagship Product Masterclass, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence tailored to eBay's dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver transformative learning experiences for global product teams
• Develop and launch revamped L&D curriculum focused on eBay's Product Operating Model
• Ensure Product Managers implement AI-leveraged workflows and real-life product skills
• Collaborate with product leaders, SMEs, and instructional designers on workshops
• Lead Product Masterclass initiatives with the Chief Product Officer
• Analyze feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve learning programs
• Foster a community of excellence among product managers for innovation and best practices
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to elevate product excellence in e-commerce
• Scale product operations frameworks across 190+ global markets
• Measure and report impact of L&D programs on product team performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management and leadership
• Proven track record of driving transformation and coaching high-performing product teams
• Mastery of product management principles, methodologies, and behaviors for successful teams
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace product operations
• Demonstrated ability to scale product operating models globally
• Background in leveraging AI technology and tools in product workflows
• Strong experience in learning and development (L&D) for product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in global e-commerce platforms like eBay
• Prior collaboration with C-level product executives
• Hands-on experience designing product masterclasses or workshops
• Familiarity with instructional design in tech environments
• Track record of building product communities in large organizations
