Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovations in building ML/NLP/AI models to prevent fraud and increase trust in eBay's marketplace
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to integrate cutting-edge ML solutions for risk mitigation
• Implement and refine model deployment processes for quick releases from offline to online environments
• Contribute to multi-functional problem-solving for complex business situations in e-commerce risk

Required Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of industry experience in developing ML/NLP solutions
• Solid experience in enhancing model lifecycle management within complex ML platforms
• Deep understanding of both CPU and GPU serving platforms
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative and agile environments
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Background in large-scale production ML systems for fraud detection or risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale AI transformations at prominent product companies
• Hands-on expertise in e-commerce or marketplace fraud prevention systems
