Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong emphasis on machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval
• Proficiency in Java and other languages including J2EE, Scala, R, Perl
• Solid understanding of database schema design and performance tuning
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with large-scale data-driven systems and web data analysis
• Familiarity with Hadoop development and data-mining technologies
• Commitment to collaborative work in distributed teams
