About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager on eBay's Seller Capital team in Bengaluru, India, you will define and execute the product strategy for innovative financing solutions that empower eBay's millions of sellers worldwide. This role focuses on delivering seamless financing experiences through partnerships with leading lenders, expanding offerings like insurance, and scaling geographic reach across eBay's global ecommerce platform serving 190+ markets. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, from customer pain point discovery using data-driven insights to launch, while collaborating with engineering, analytics, design, marketing, risk, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product and CX strategy for Seller Capital financing
  • Develop requirements and execute roadmap for partner products
  • Conduct customer discovery using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Address customer pain points across the journey
  • Challenge status quo with industry trends and voice of customer
  • Expand product portfolio to new financial products like insurance
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications for strategies
  • Partner with risk, legal, and finance for compliance and risk mitigation
  • Optimize execution and processes with bias for action
  • Drive end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of demonstrable product management experience
