About the Role

As Sr. Product Manager, Risk & Compliance at eBay in Bengaluru, you will lead the strategy and execution for intuitive risk, compliance, and regulatory experiences that enable a trusted global marketplace and drive profitable growth. Owning your product end-to-end, you'll shape vision aligned with eBay's ecommerce leadership, empowering millions of buyers and sellers across 190+ markets. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, design, legal, and global teams to deliver scalable solutions obsessed with seller needs and customer authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create holistic product strategy and vision for Risk & Compliance solutions aligned with eBay's corporate strategy
  • Develop and champion data-driven, market-informed product strategy delivering outcomes for sellers and eBay business
  • Obsess over customers by listening to end-users and feeding their voice into customer-centric design processes
  • Leverage design and research partnerships for insights and feedback throughout the product lifecycle
  • Build processes for continuous improvement in user experiences
  • Break down silos by creating connections and processes for efficient cross-team collaboration
  • Partner with global markets, analytics, design, structured data, and focused categories teams
  • Empower teams to rapidly prioritize and implement with speed and transparency
  • Inspire 'decide and go' mentality to hit outcomes and manage through blockers
  • Partner with Program Management to communicate dates and milestones
  • Drive end-to-end initiatives from customer discovery to launch cross-functionally
  • Ensure seller voice is at the center of product roadmap and priorities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience building products with deep expertise in customer-focused product management and product development lifecycle
  • Technical depth and proven experience building engaging, customer-focused end-to-end UX experiences
  • Experience designing elegant solutions to complex problems requiring integrations with multiple platforms, domains, and services
  • Experience driving analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and metrics to derive opportunities, gaps, and solutions
  • Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel with matrixed teams in a global context
  • Proven ability defining strategic vision for innovative product portfolios driving impact for millions of end users at global scale
  • Exceptional financial and analytical abilities with track record of launching products with measurable global impact
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle from planning through deployment, including test and validation frameworks
