Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for eBay's shipping tools, backed by user needs and data with a global viewpoint
• Extend shipping applications across diverse e-commerce use cases and markets
• Serve as Product Owner, providing clear product vision to scrum team
• Co-lead Agile scrum team with engineering counterpart to execute roadmap with milestones
• Set product/backlog prioritization balancing near-term deliverables and long-term platform investments
• Act as product evangelist, partnering closely with business and engineering leaders
• Communicate strategies, trade-offs, and vision to senior leaders and development teams
• Work with regional business leaders and product/domain leads to build core capabilities
• Improve utility of shipping features for key partners in eBay's global marketplace
• Solve for local market conditions critical to e-commerce success

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong product management experience
• Hands-on experience with agile development process
• Experience defining and executing product strategy and roadmap backed by user needs and data
• Ability to manage and optimize business processes to accelerate value delivery
• Proficiency in designing, collecting, analyzing, and benchmarking product data for decisions
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical and business acumen
• Strong communication skills to evangelize product vision to stakeholders
• Global viewpoint with experience extending products across diverse markets and use cases

• Experience in shipping/logistics domain
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
